Wall Therapeutic Solutions is growing! We are looking for full-time, salaried BCBAs or BCaBAs to join our compassionate ABA team! Wall Therapeutic Solutions’ purpose is to provide socially valid, evidence based, outpatient therapies by highly qualified clinicians, that promote client autonomy while respecting their assent and dignity.

Duties include (but are not limited to):
· Model, teach and lead individualized ABA programs in adherence to ethical guidelines and principles outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
· Promotion the company philosophy, mission, and values within and outside of the agency by way of networking, creating connections, and marketing.
· Provide training and education to Parents/Caregivers, Stakeholders, and staff in best practices in understanding and supporting the behavioral support needs of individuals receiving ABA Services through Wall Therapeutic Solutions.
· Participate in monthly ABA Team Meetings led by the Clinical ABA Coordinator to develop skills, collaborate, and staff cases.
· Maintain consistent documentation of any treatment plan changes in individual’s program book, data sheet, treatment plan, and session note template.
· Complete re-assessments and continued stay requests at least 2 weeks prior to the end of the client’s authorization period.
· Conduct supervisions (both direct and indirect) with program staff and document on appropriate supervision forms.
· Review, ensure accuracy, and sign ABA sessions notes following their completion by ABA staff.
· Maintain 25 billable hours per week
Required Qualifications:
- BCBA or BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Licensure through the Virginia Board of Medicine
