Ali has a BA in Human Services with a minor in Psychology from Montreat College and is currently working towards her Master of Education degree in ABA through Texas Tech University. She has been an RBT for five years, three of them with Wall. Ali has a daughter named Millie and a dog named Tiki!
Coby is from Botetourt County, Virginia. He has an Associate’s Degree in Human Services and Social Sciences and is in the process of completing a Bachelor degree of Social Work from Campbellsville University. Coby has formal experience as the Behavior Specialist at a local preschool and informal experience working with a close family member who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He is dedicated to working with children and being a voice for them as they are among the most vulnerable populations. Outside of work, he is passionate about his family, his church, anime, and all things hockey!
Haley Sawyers-Hieatt is originally from Tazewell, VA. She moved to Christiansburg in 2021 to be closer to family. Haley has been in this field for a little over a year and absolutely adores her job. Getting to see these kids progress and master skills is so rewarding. Outside of work, she is a full-time mom to the sweetest and sassiest young child, and 2 pets: Precious (bearded dragon) and Minnie (dog). She also enjoys reading, fishing, and spending time with her family.

Heather is a graduate of Radford University, holding her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Special Education. She is a licensed, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With over 12 years of experience supporting people with disabilities who experience extensive behavioral support needs. Additionally, she is a Nationally Board-Certified Teacher of Exceptional Needs and holds a certificate of Autism Studies. Heather oversees the Wall Residences Behavior Team across the state and is responsible for the training and supervision of Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technicians. Heather is a member of the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring Therapeutic Consultation services are delivered with best-practice standards. Heather is also available to provide therapeutic consultation services for individuals with significant behavioral support needs in the Roanoke/NRV and SWVA regions.
